Mr. Garber is offering two levels of underwriting: For $5,000 the underwriters name will appear in a separate title card at the beginning and end of every broadcast, and they will receive 10 DVDs. For $2,500 the underwriters name will appear in a list of underwriters in the closing credits, and they will receive 5 DVDs. All underwriters are licensed to use the DVDs for public and private screenings.

Bound For Sea shows how commercial ships operate in the Port of New York/ New Jersey. The viewer goes onboard as container ships, aircraft carriers, and ATBs enter and leave the Port day and night. Subjects include the vital role tugboats play in the efficiency of ship movements, how the U.S. Coast Guard's Vessel Traffic Service monitors activity in the Port, and the training of harbor pilots on the Bridge Simulator at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point.
